This hotel has seen better days! COVID has been hard on the area, many hotels don’t have restaurant service, including this one.
Pool was unusable as it was greenish. Lack of electrical power is common in the area and hotels as big as this one have generators; electricity went out and I guess we were among the few guest the hotel had, (they were reluctant to turn it on) so we had to really beg for the generator to be turn on so we could have air conditioning and amenities in the room.
Property is still clean and in general clean, but a little bit run down.
We did enjoy the beds!
Bad experience in this hotel. Got sick with the restaurant food, the waiters are bad mannered, housekeeping maids did not wear Covid protection mask at all, coming and going from every room.
Poor room amenities, the shower didn't work properly, the sink was leaking.

The pictures on the website shows the hotel conditions from 30 or 40 years ago. The reality is totally different. Check out these pictures Judge by yourself.
Too pricy, the rooms are big and have all the facilities but they are not in a good shape (the walls are dirty, the eifi is weak, the elevator didn't work, the shower doesn't have very hot water). The staff is very nice. The area is not in the center, but about 15 minutes walk from all the restaurants area.
good hotel, small. hallways are non-Air conditioned. Rooms are well Air conditioned. beds are soft. free wifi, un secured. breakfast has fresh foods and fresh juices. local restraunts are burger king and pollo campera. local theater nearby, in small mall maybe 6 minute walk. theater only plays movies in spanish, no english subtitles. hotel is next to land bridge that goes to Flores Old island remnants, which has many stores and restraunts.

for the last 20 years. It has amazing views from their swimming pool, you can see al the flores lake as well as Glores island. You can use the swimming pool with the option of pay as you go and is quiet cheap and this option includes like a litlle snack: sandwich with chips. staff was nice and helpful.
They over charged us and the rooms weren’t great. Ok in a crunch. personally wouldn’t book this place again
The facilities were very nice and clean. However, the elevator doesnt work and the restaurant is not worth the price.
